In Q4 of 2020, BERT began actively managing Smoke Justis’s Google My Business account. We first began with category correction, which meant deleting categories that were not relevant and replacing them with numerous categories that drove an immediate algorithm change within Google visibility. In late December, Google visibility began to climb.
In Q1 of 2021, revenue started to surge for Smoke Justis. After category correction, we began generating 5-star reviews, replying to every review with keywords, uploading geo-tagged photos, and uploading engaging post content. After another month of active management, thousands of locals were recommended Smoke Justis as an option for their relevant searches, which led to significant traffic and revenue growth.
